About Systematic Kinesiology
Systematic Kinesiology is the practice of using simple, safe and precise muscle testing in order to find imbalances within the body, which vary between physical, chemical, emotional and energetic symptoms. The principle function of Kinesiology is to address the underlying cause of the problem by treating neurovascular and lymphatic points, in conjunction with supplements and emotional techniques, in order to balance the person as a whole.

How it works: The client is asked to lie on the treatment table, fully clothed and to put their limbs in various specific positions in order to find a weak muscle, and then, by determining why the muscle is not functioning properly, a treatment is devised to balance it out. Treatments may include specific body work, numerous Kinesiology techniques, meridian and acupuncture points, clinical nutrition, dietary management, evaluating food intolerances and environmental irritants, and various emotional techniques.

Since all four aspects of the problem (physical, chemical, emotional and energetic) are interactive, they are all evaluated as possible underlying causes of a problem. For example, a pain in the lower back may be because of an imbalance in the intestines; IBS could be an emotional issue or a food sensitivity problem. After the cause of the ailment is discovered, the treatment can be properly directed towards improving the imbalance that shows priority.

In this manner, Kinesiology takes the guesswork out of healthcare, allowing the body to reveal what it needs via muscle response. An introductory Kinesiology appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes, and all subsequent sessions last 60 minutes. A patient can experience improvement immediately but more commonly within the first three appointments, although this may take longer, depending on the severity of physical or emotional problems.

Simon Tyrrell Cert. TASK

I first became aware of Kinesiology in 2006, when I went to see a Kinesiologist about an issue that I had been suffering with for over ten years. I was literally cured overnight. 12 years later when looking for a way to give back I decided to train in this wonderful therapy.
I completed two years of study with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK) in London in July 2019 and qualified as a TASK Practitioner with a Merit. I am fully insured to see clients.

I see clients in the early mornings and evenings 3 days per week.

During the day I run a successful property management company. I am married with two adult children and enjoy skiing, swimming and sailing.
